ORDERING INFORMATION
When placing your order, please provide us with the following information:

• Your account number
• Your Company Name
• Your first name
• Quantity, Item number, measurements and any other framing specifications
• Special Instructions

We want to process your orders promptly and correctly. Please organize your orders before calling to ensure the efficiency of our service. As small orders are costly to process, it is wise to consolidate your orders so that handling charges are kept to a minimum.

CUSTOM FRAMING
• Specify all framing instructions including measurements of mats and frames, mounting information, special handling requirements, and delivery instructions.
• All phases of framing and framing material is available. If you don’t see the services listed in the price list, please call our office.
• Pick up and delivery is available in the Metro NY area. Please call our office for the delivery day in your area.
• Pick up and Delivery Charge - $7.50 on orders under $75.00
• Same day service and overnight service is available. Please call customer service for rate information.
• Drop shipments available directly to your customer. Contact our customer service department for further information and pick up and delivery rates.
• Packaging and crating is available for orders that need to be shipped via UPS Common Carrier or Air Freight.

C - Outside Measurement

Unless otherwise specified, your chops will be cut to the mat or art measurement (B) with a 1/8" allowance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms are Net 30 for open accounts. All other accounts will be shipped C.O.D. To avoid C.O.D. charges you may place your order using VISA or MASTERCARD. (Return Check Charge $20.00)

To be eligible for open account you must fill out a credit application which will be sent to you upon request. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for processing. A finance charge of 1-1/2% (18% annualized) will be imposed on all past due accounts. All prices are subject to change without notice.

F.O.B. Brooklyn, New York unless specified otherwise.
UPS maximum size is 130" (length plus girth)
YaleSaver Express Delivery via FEDEX

DAMAGES
We are not liable for damages or losses occurring during transport. It is your responsibility to inspect shipment immediately upon arrival. If damage has occurred, you must indicate such on freight bill, and notify UPS or Carrier. SAVE ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO INSURE PROPER FILING OF CLAIM. UPS claims will be made by Yale. Truck claims must be filed directly with carrier.
We will be glad to assist you if any problems arise.

RETURNS
Return of any merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from Yale. Unless our error, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

VOLUME & CONTRACT FRAMING DISCOUNTS
On large orders, please call our sales department for special quotes on your quantity orders. We will be glad to offer you complete fulfillment for your project.
